Legal situation
- Not part of a housing estate or a co-ownership: no co-ownership charges
- No public-utility easement
- No known development project nearby
- Access by a private lane
Energy performance
CDPE (energy)178 kWh/m²/year
CGES (greenhouse gas)17 kg CO₂/m²/year
Estimated energy costs: between €4,110 and €5,660 per year (average energy prices indexed on 1 January 2026)
Why actual costs are higher than the DPE estimate
Actual costs (≈ €7,100 a year for electricity and gas) are higher than the DPE estimate, which only counts the heating, hot water, air conditioning, lighting and ventilation of the house, for standard use. The actual bills also cover heating and filtering the pool, charging electric cars, the well pump that waters the park, outdoor lighting and the gates.
